STEAM Agreements

Creating a safe and inclusive space for all learners requires an overarching set of agreements. We have adapted the Yakima Valley Farmers Workers Clinic "Rights and Responsibilities" to create agreements that reflect who we are as a community in STEAM and allows for all individuals to realize their full potential.

Cell Phone Policy

In STEAM we have always embraced cell phones as a powerful tool for creation which is a part of of our STEAM vision however based on research and the 2023 Surgeon Generals "Social Media and Youth Mental Health Report" we have made the decision to restrict the use of cell phones in our space. Guidance has been placed in each room.
